Refund policy

Thank you for making a purchase at Savannah Friedkin. We understand that some purchases might not be exactly right, so we offer a no questions asked return or exchange policy on unworn, unaltered, and undamaged jewelry for up to 30 calendar days after the original purchase date. For all returns and exchanges, items must be returned unworn, unaltered, undamaged, and in the original packaging, including any pouches or boxes that the jewelry was shipped in. 

We will cover the shipping fees for your returns or exchanges, so you will not be responsible to pay any of those shipping fees!**  For returns, the amount of your purchase will be fully refunded within 10 business days after our receipt of your return and verification that the item(s) included in your return are in their original condition.  For exchanges, your exchange will be sent within 10 business days after our receipt of your return and verification that the item(s) being exchanged are in their original condition.  If you are exchanging for an item of lesser value, you will receive a refund for the difference.  If you are exchanging for an item of greater value, you will have to pay the difference in price.

To initiate a return or exchange, please send an email to hello@savannahfriedkin.com with your order number and we will provide you with a return label and the shipping instructions.
