Our diamond manufacturers are certified by the SCS as climate
neutral, a certification widely recognized as the benchmark of climate neutrality across the industry.  A diamond grower or jewelry factory reaches carbon neutrality by utilizing enough renewable energy (wind or solar) to power their entire operation.  This is normally done by the entity having a wind or solar farm that pushes equal energy back to the grid that covers the demand placed upon the grid from their manufacturing operations.

As part of our vision around full climate neutrality, as well as being chemically and physically the same as natural diamonds, we are proud to offer lab grown diamonds in our products. Savannah Friedkin team members have travelled the globe and seen the lab diamond growing process firsthand. Choosing to use lab grown diamonds allows us to guarantee origin traceability as part of our 100% Promise to you and helps us move towards product climate neutrality.

Laboratory grown diamonds have the same chemical, optical and physical properties and crystal structure as mined
diamonds. Like mined diamonds, they are made of tightly-bonded carbon atoms. They respond to light in the same way and are just as hard as mined diamonds. The main differences between laboratory-grown and mined diamonds lie in their origin.

No.  In fact, standard Lab Grown diamonds are grown in a reactor, which consumes more energy per carat than mined diamonds.  At Savannah Friedkin, we adhere to our 100% Promise and guarantee our diamonds are grown in a Certified Climate Neutral Facility.

Gold that has been previously refined. This term traditionally encompasses anything that is gold-bearing and has not come directly from a mine in its first gold life cycle. In practical terms, recyclable
material includes end-user, post-consumer products, scrap and waste metals, and materials arising during refining and product manufacturing, and investment gold and gold-bearing products. Certifications come from agencies such as the RJC and International Organization of Standards (ISO)

Our packaging is made from earth-friendly, biodegradable
materials, using soy based inks, at least 70% of the material is recycled.  Even the card inside the box contains seeds.  If you plant it, you will grow carrots!

We understand that some purchases might not be exactly right, so we offer a no questions asked return policy on unworn and unaltered jewelry for up to 30 days after the original purchase. All items must be returned unworn and in the original packaging.

Yes! Returns or exchanges are always on us. You won’t have to pay any shipping fee and will be fully refunded as soon as we receive the package and verify it is in its original condition.

The full amount of your return will be refunded within 5-10 days after receiving the piece in our atelier for verification.

For every Savannah Friedkin Jewelry piece, you get a 6 month warranty for any manufacturing defects and any repairs needed can be made at no charge. This does not cover damages caused by accidents, scratches arisen from normal wear, neglect or improper use.
