Refund policy

Thank you for making a purchase at Savannah Friedkin Jewelry. We understand that some items might not be exactly right for you, so we are happy to accept returns of unworn, unaltered, and undamaged jewelry. 

We offer:

• Full refunds for returns requested within 14 days from the date of purchase, returned to your original form of payment and with no questions asked. Your refund will be issued within 10 business days after we receive and verify the condition of your item(s).
• Store credit for returns requested beyond 14 days but within 30 days from the date of purchase, eligible for use on any future Savannah Friedkin purchase.
  

For all returns and exchanges, items must be returned unworn, unaltered, undamaged, and in the original packaging, including any pouches or boxes that the jewelry was shipped in. 

To initiate a return, please send an email to support@savannahfriedkin.com with your order number. We will then provide you with a return label and shipping instructions. Savannah Friedkin will cover the cost of return shipments from the continental U.S.
